David Mercugliano
David joined Care Purchasing Services (CPS) in 2023 as the Director of Business Development. His role leads the strategic efforts to increase CPS membership while identifying opportunities to deliver on client’s desired outcomes. David’s rich experience in executive leadership, operations management, strategy, and business development help CPS purchasing power and solutions grow. Working alongside senior living community operators, he utilizes his industry experience to bring the value of CPS to every senior living community we serve.
Prior to joining CPS, David was a senior vice president at HealthPRO Heritage. He is also a licensed physical therapist and has been certified by the American Board of Physical Therapy Specialists to serve as a Geriatric Clinical Specialist.


Lesley Vogels
Lesley is a seasoned post-acute and senior living specialist with a unique combination skills including complex sales, clinical, and strategy. She understands the intersecting and rapidly changing senior living landscape from life plan to rental communities. Her specialties include wellness, engagement, care coordination and population health. Her professional background includes roles as VP of Sales for a national therapy firm, Census-Occupancy-Outcomes Specialist (SNF, AL, IL, CCRC), and various leadership positions in post acute settings as a physical therapist, geriatric clinical specialist, therapy operations manager and regulatory/Medicare consultant. A Florida native, Lesley is based in the Tampa Bay Area, is married to a Dutchman and travels to Holland each summer to enjoy time with family and friends.


Tim Wade
Tim Wade is an experienced healthcare procurement and sourcing professional with a strong track record of enhancing cost efficiency, vendor performance, and strategic sourcing initiatives within the healthcare industry. With over 25 years of experience, Tim specializes in optimizing supply chain operations, negotiating high-value contracts, and fostering long-term partnerships that support both clinical and operational excellence.
Tim leverages his deep industry knowledge and data-driven approach to identify improvement opportunities and implement sustainable sourcing strategies. Throughout his career, he has worked at Genesis Healthcare and Medline, ensuring the timely and cost-effective acquisition of medical supplies, pharmaceuticals, administrative supplies, capital equipment, and other categories, all while prioritizing patient care and compliance.
Known for his collaborative leadership style and strong analytical skills, Tim is passionate about transforming procurement into a strategic function that delivers measurable value.
Outside of work, Tim enjoys spending time with his family, including his wife Jackie, their three children, and three grandchildren. He is also an avid runner and enjoys golfing, skiing, and traveling.
