Cakes, Brownies, Danish & Pastries

• Try slicing a Swirl (either cinnamon or Raspberry Cheese) horizontally, then butter and grill for optimum flavor.
• Our Long John Coffee Cake makes an excellent upscale French Toast. Simply dip in egg batter and grill. Can be served with a dusting of powdered sugar and syrup.
• Use our Cinnamon Rolls as a base for bread pudding.

Biscuits

• How about a Strawberry Shortcake? Begin with our Pre-Sliced Biscuit (or you can slice the unsliced version) and top with sliced straberries and whipped topping. This is an excellent treat for children when you use our smaller 1 oz. biscuit. They can even have fun building it themselves.
• Also, our Sliced Biscuit is the perfect choice for breakfast sandwiches. You can also use them to build lunch time and dinner time sandwiches for a change of pace.
• Why not try ham biscuits? Biscuits topped with a slice of ham and some gravy.
• How about using our crumbled Biscuits as the base for bread pudding?
• For keeping biscuits warm and fresh in a steam table, place a wet towel on the bottom of the steam pan and place a wire rack or grate on top of the towel. this way, the biscuits stay warm without drying out.

Muffins

• Ever heard of a Mundae? That's a sundae made with a Muffin! Slice a muffin vertically, plop a scoop of ice cream in the center, top with sprinkles of muffin and topping of your choice.
• Slice our Fruit Bread, dip in egg and grill. Finish with a sprinkle of powdered sugar.
• Fruit Bread slices are great on the panini grill.

Dinner Rolls

• Try slicing our Soft Dinner Rolls and topping with meats, cheeses and salads. Perfect for finger sandwiches.
• Use our Dinner Rolls for "sliders".

Bagels

• Breakfast Bagels topped with egg, meat and cheese.
• Try taking our Mini Bagels and putting in a panini grill to produce bagel chips. They can be served with hummus, pesto or any flavor dips.

Croissants
